CREF’s Fall 2025 High School & College Transportation Student Career Fairs: A Key to Future Success
Created for Collision Repair Education Foundation
A strong future workforce is vital to the success of collision industry businesses, and today’s students will become tomorrow’s industry leaders. But how can these motivated young people connect with the employer of their dreams? The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) will unlock the door to showcasing students’ many career options by introducing them to the various opportunities available in collision as they engage with the industry’s many organizations during its Fall 2025 High School and College Transportation Student Career Fairs.
“All segments of the collision industry – repair shops and dealerships as well as paint, tool and equipment companies – seek to hire qualified young professionals, and the best place to start is by engaging with these future industry professionals,” says CREF Program and Events Manager Tiffany Bulak. “The Foundation’s High School & College Transportation Student Career Fairs offer a unique forum for industry employers to connect locally with hundreds of students who have trained for entry-level positions, allowing them to generate brand awareness while simultaneously showcasing the diverse range of career paths available to students and promoting the collision industry as a viable field where students can enjoy a long future. When we come together to attract and support these future industry professionals, we all win! Don’t miss your chance to connect with your next key team member during CREF’s fall career fairs!”

Even if you’re unable to attend CREF’s upcoming career fairs, you can still let incoming technicians know your company is interested in supporting their dreams by sponsoring work uniforms to ensure the future workforce recognizes the value of looking professional. A donation of just $100 per student allows companies to supply each student with a brand-new Cintas technician shirt (branded with your logo) and a pair of work pants. Alternately, a donation of $50 per student will provide students with a branded technician shirt. Simply select a region, and CREF will identify a school with the most need for this type of support. Sponsoring companies can enhance their involvement by opting to distribute the uniforms in person. Reach out to learn more.
